Maternity Pictures

Jake and I are incredibly blessed with some incredibly talented friends. My friend Jenny Beth Rodden is an amazing seamstress. She sewed Waylon's bedding for me. Of course I couldn't just pick out something in the store (insert a hint of sarcastic tone here). I had to have something original - so typical of me. But she was so sweet to respond to my desire for Waylon's bedding to be unique and one of a kind. It's coming in the mail tomorrow. I cannot WAIT to see it. We have another friend who just happens to be a fabulous photographer. She agreed to take maternity pictures for us. And they turned out GREAT!

Thank you, Halie, for a fun afternoon & for gorgeous pictures! I will cherish them forever.

I will share pictures of Waylon's nursery just as soon as I get the bedding set up & finish hanging wall decor. It's getting really close to being ready to reveal.

In other news, Tuesday will mark 3 years since I married my best friend & daddy-to-be. I can honestly say that I grow to love him more with each passing day. He has been so sweet in taking good care of me during this pregnancy. He is going to be an AMAZING daddy. Waylon is a lucky little fella! We will be celebrating next weekend with the Atlanta Braves. I'm looking forward to a little time away.

I am super excited for an upcoming trip to Arkansas to host a shower in honor of my beautiful sister's upcoming wedding. Combined in this trip will be our opportunity to meet the newest addition to the Moody family, Miss Riley Kate.

I am so excited I can hardly stand it!
